Human Resources Manager
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for a service-related company in the Mooresville area. This position leading all the HR functions ensuring smooth operations and compliance across all aspects of human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for workplace issues, fostering a positive work environment and improving employee-manager communication.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including direct sourcing and partnerships to improve retention and candidate flow.
- Responsible for benefits from plan design, implementation, and open enrollment throughout the organization.
- Standardize and optimize onboarding processes, creating uniform training schedules and onboarding plans.
- Supported talent development by identifying growth opportunities and assisting leadership with performance reviews and development plans.
- Implement HR policies compliant with federal and state regulations, while enhancing company culture by organizing team-building activities and events.
- Ability to manage payroll team and processing for both corporate and the field
- Manage all employee inquires promptly and professionally supporting over 350 employees in multiple locations across the eastern U.S.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Manage all projects and deadlines effectively
Requirements and Experience:
- BS/BA in a related field is a strong plus.
- 7+ years of HR experience.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as needed.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
